The Vineyards Way-II- West (Ponent)
The countryside of Biliani, especially during the spring and summer, becomes a veritable sea of green, all thanks to extensive areas of vines that prepare the fruits to offer the best of wines. Taking this route one discovers the geography, and winegrowers who offer this ancestral taste of grape juice coming from this ancient land. These cellars have opted for these privileged lands of Biliani, where life goes slowly and the wines improve over the years.

Binigrau
The Binigrau winery is located in the same town as that of Biniali. It is a new company, born between 2004 and 2005, this is the year the building that houses the winery was built. At the end of last year, the first production started. Initially 14 quarterades (around 1 hectare) were used of their own vineyards – from Can Grau -, but due to the remarkable demand and success of their wine, the property requested the collaboration of other vineyards from around the district. Binigrau works with the varieties of Manto Negro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Chardonnay, Premsal Blanc, etc. Part of its production is ecological.

Bodega Ava Vi
Winery located north of the village of Biniali, specifically in the area known as the flat lands of Biniali. The vines were planted in 1997, basically with Premsal Blanc and Manto Negro varieties. The facilities occupy an old farm house and a hangar built in 2012 for producing wine and the installation of a laboratory. The space is also adapted for wine tasting and other oenological and cultural events.
